4 dl renblod
2 dl mjölk
1,5 ts salt
¼ ts peppar
¼ ts kryddnejlika
3,5 dl vetemjöl
200 g Suovas
175 g Pepparrotsost
Ruccola
Lingon
Smör att steka i
Så gör du:
Vispa ihop ingredienserna till blodpannkakan. Stek pannkakor i smör i en stekpanna.
Skär suovas i mindre bitar. Stek i smör i stekpanna.
Bred ett lager pepparrotsost på pannkakorna och lägg på önskad mängd ruccola, suovas och lingon.
Rulla ihop.
